All classes canceled following ‘threat of violence’ made against Adams City High School

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (KRDO) -- Wednesday, all classes and extracurricular activities are canceled at Adams City High School following a threat circulating on social media.

Tuesday night, Adams 14 received a report for a 'threat of violence' made against Adams City High School.

In response, Adams 14 decided to cancel all classes and extracurricular activities.

According to a news release, Adams 14 and Commerce City Police Department is conducting an investigation into the threat.

Adams 14 says students and staff members are expected to be back in the classroom on Thursday.
