Colorado Springs Burn Ban downgraded to Burn Restrictions
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- Friday afternoon, the Colorado Springs Fire Department announced the current Burn Ban for the city is set to be downgraded to Burn Restrictions.
According to the CSFD, this goes into effect on June 3 at noon. This applies to the entire City of Colorado Springs.
As of Friday, June 3, 2022 at 12 pm the City of Colorado Springs has been downgraded from a Burn Ban to Burn Restrictions.

The City of Colorado Springs first enacted burn restrictions on April 15. The burn ban later went into effect on Monday, May 16, and has been in place since then.

The Colorado Springs Fire Department urges residents and visitors of Colorado Springs to abide by the burn restrictions. People are asked to report any suspected non-emergency violations of the order by calling 719-444-7000.
