Gov. Polis extends statewide mask mandate through Feb. 6

COLORADO (KRDO) -- Gov. Jared Polis has once again extended Colorado's statewide mask mandate for another 30 days.

The mask mandate was set to expire Wednesday, but the governor's office issued an extension that is set to last until Feb. 6. The mask mandate has been in place since July and has been regularly extended amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The mandate requires that masks be worn in all public places, with a few exceptions.

More information on the mask mandate extension can be found here.

  1. The mask does nothing. It has not stopped or slowed the spread…SO LETS DOUBLE DOWN ON THE STUPID!

  2. Why doesn’t he just say “wear the mask until I tell you not to”. He has been extending 30 days at a time for the last 9 months.

  3. For 10 months Polis has told the “most vulnerable” 65-year-old plus residents to stay home, don’t visit grandchildren, have groceries delivered, wash your hands, and wear masks. Now the “most vulnerable” are told to keep wearing masks, don’t visit people outside your household, wash your hands, and maybe you’ll get a vaccine after more “essential” younger people are vaccinated. Ageism at it’s worse.

  4. Polis must still be receiving the World Bank’s bribes money to enforce these rushing dictates to destroy the economy & people’s lives. Belarus was offered close to 1 trillion dollars to shut everything down in his country, but refused. Imagine how many trillions a big country like America received! We reject the ‘great reset’. We pray in the name of Jesus against this scam.
