Shooting in Colorado Springs leaves man severely injured

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KRDO) -- A man was severely injured after a shooting in Colorado Springs on Tuesday evening.

Around 8:41 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of North Wahsatch Avenue in regards to a shooting. When they arrived, police found a man with a gunshot wound.

Paramedics transported the victim to a nearby hospital for treatment of his life-threatening injuries. Detectives have not made any arrests and are actively investigating this case.
