TOMORROW: Partly sunny with highs back in the 90's, close to 100° for the eastern plains. slight chance of a few general storms after 3pm
EXTENDED: A high-pressure ridge over Texas and a low-pressure trough over the west coast are contributing to the moderate to heavy rainfall in the forecast for central Colorado this week. Afternoon showers and thunderstorms are likely in central/southern Colorado through the next 7 days with temperatures fluctuating a few degrees above average, in the high 80s and low 90s in Colorado Springs.
