3-year-old boy found shot to death in suburban Denver

COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (AP) -- Police are investigating after a 3-year-old boy was found shot to death in suburban Denver.

Commerce City officers called to a neighborhood just west of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal on Thursday afternoon on a report of a gunshot found the child dead.

Two other children, whose ages have not been released, were in the area at the time of the shooting and were not injured. Investigators have not said what led to the shooting. No other information was released.
