Nice Tuesday expected for Southern Colorado
TODAY: Clear skies with temperatures warming to the 40s and 50s. We will have less wind today so the wind chill won’t be as much of a problem.
TONIGHT: Clear and cool with temperatures dropping to the upper teens and low to mid 20s.
EXTENDED: We look dry and somewhat breezy tomorrow with partly cloudy skies and highs in the 40s, 50s and low 60s. By Thursday, we cool down under increasing clouds. Thursday overnight into Friday brings chances for a few snow showers, but our best chance for wintry weather arrives on Friday. Right now it looks like the late morning and early afternoon have the potential to bring snow showers. Because of the potential for north winds, it looks like the Palmer Divide, North Teller County and areas of highway 50 have the best chance of seeing some very minor snow accumulation. Colorado Springs and Pueblo will likely end up in the donut hole and stay relatively snow-free and breezy. We will keep you updated on changes!
