Weather Alert: Snow and cold

SECO_FutureSnow

Another round of snow will affect primarily the higher terrain surrounding Colorado Springs and Pueblo through tonight. While brief snow showers could briefly whiten roads around Colorado Springs, Pueblo and Canon City we do not expect significant accumulations of snow for any of these cities. Look for as much as 3- 6” of wind-driven snow through late tonight in Monument with 2"- 4" in northern Teller County including Woodland Park. Some areas near the Wet and Sangre De Cristo mountains to the southwest of Pueblo could receive 1"- 4" of snow as well. Everyone will be blustery today with occasional wind gusts over 40 mph expected over the plains!
