Colorado Springs Utilities rate decreases approved by City Council

The Colorado Springs City Council voted 8-0 Tuesday to approve rate decreases for all Colorado Springs Utilities customers.

Rate decreases for electric and gas will go into effect August 1, said Colorado Springs Utilities in a tweet.

CSU gave an update including sample rates that would go into effect on Aug. 1.
