Warmer and less stormy today – 7/23/19

TODAY: We start the day with more clouds than sunshine in the mountains and some of our front range cities. This also comes with the chance for patchy fog. We become sunny and will be a lot warmer by the time the afternoon rolls around. Temperatures will be in the 80s and 90s today with 70s for our local mountain cities. During the late afternoon and early evening, storms move back in. Most will stay west of I-25 but a few could clip the Pikes Peak Region through sunset.

TONIGHT: Storms end around 9PM and we will be left with dry, partly cloudy skies. Tonight’s temperatures cool to the 50s and 60s.

EXTENDED: Increased rain and storm chances are in the forecast through Thursday with continued highs in the 80s and 90s. We dry out some on Friday before more weekend storms move in.
