Suspicious package found at bank in Pueblo

Update: The backpack that was thought to have explosives inside turned out to be harmless.

A call was made to authorities after the backpack was found sitting outside of the Community Bank of Colorado building on City Center Drive in downtown Pueblo Thursday morning.

The bag reportedly had zip ties on it. The owner of the backpack was not on the scene.

A bomb squad is investigating a suspicious package found at a bank in Pueblo.

Authorities responded to a call at the Community Bank of Colorado building on City Center Drive in downtown Pueblo Thursday morning after reports of a suspicious package.

It is unclear on what the package is. A black backpack is in the area and is believed to have an explosive inside.
