City of Manitou Springs asks the public how to repurpose old Cog Railway cars
The City of Manitou Springs is looking for suggestions from the public about how to repurpose 2 retired Cog Railway cars.
A Cog car brainstorming session will be held at the Manitou Art Center at 6 p.m. Wednesday, July 10 where citizens can voice their ideas and hear from others, the City shared Thursday.
The winning ideas will be selected by August when the process of securing funding and a location will begin.
