A-Basin will officially open for July 4th
A-Basin announced Thursday it will officially be open for July 4th. The last time they were open for Independence Day was in 2011, which is still a far cry from their record August 10 closing date in 1995.
Lifts will run from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There will be live music and yes, the bar will be open.
The ski area says that no beginner terrain will be open and to expect summer skiing conditions.
