Chick-fil-A is America’s favorite restaurant chain 4th year in a row

Chick-fil-A was named America’s favorite chain restaurant on Wednesday for the 4th year in a row.

The title is determined by restaurants’ rankings in the American Customer Satisfaction Index, which is based on nearly 23,000 customer reviews. Chick-fil-A scooped an ACSI score of 86 out of 100. By comparison, KFC came in with a score of 78 and Burger King a score of 76.

Chick-fil-A’s success is even more impressive given that their restaurants are only open 6 days a week.
