Tonight: Mostly cloudy skies through the evening with temperatures cooling to 41 overnight, which is slightly below average for early June. Winds stay calm with no chance of any precipitation.
Monday: Mostly sunny skies to open up the day and warming into the low 70’s by early afternoon. Wind gusts to 25-30mph by mid-afternoon with the chance of a scattered rain shower. Most of the precipitation will stay in Southern Colorado across HWY 50.
Tuesday: Warming trend continues, closing in on 80 for Colorado Springs with mostly sunny skies. Minimal chance of any afternoon showers, staying mostly dry for all of SE Colorado.
Extended: Increased afternoon rain and thunderstorm chances starting Wednesday and lasting through into the weekend. Thursday and Friday are looking to be the rainiest days, although during the morning hours it’s possible to see sunshine.
