Deceased man found in Fountain Creek in Pueblo
Pueblo police are investigating after a boater spotted a body floating in Fountain Creek Friday morning near Ash Street.
Police confirmed that a deceased man was located in the water near E. Ash Street. (MAP)
Pueblo police said the body didn’t have any obvious signs of trauma, and it had been in the water for about one week.
The man hasn’t been identified yet, and no description has been given. The Pueblo County Coroner’s Office will release his identity when it’s determined and his next-of-kin is notified.
