Colorado Springs’ Bristol Brewing celebrates 25 years

The Bristol Brewing Company is celebrating 25 years of serving award-winning beers crafted right here in Colorado Springs.

Amanda Bristol, the co-founder of the brewery, said the whole business started out as a hobby and then quickly grew.

“I don’t think we envisioned what it would look like 25 years later,” she said. “It still amazes me and fills me with gratitude.”

Bristol said the brewery couldn’t have experienced decades-long success if it hadn’t been for the community support it had received.

“The beer is amazing,” said Mario Rodas, who enjoys the company’s amber beers. “I mean I just love the atmosphere. It’s pretty amazing.”

As a token of their appreciation, the Bristols said they would be throwing a party. Oh, and the whole community is invited.

“This is one of our most ambitious events and I’m really excited about it,” Bristol said.

The event will take place on June 15 and will be held outside the IvyWild School building, where the brewery is located.
