The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding a 15-year-old man who stole multiple guns.

Kaiden Martin stole the guns from a relative’s home in the 130000 block of S. Cedar Circle on Wednesday evening.

Martin disabled the home’s security system, broke into a secured gun safe and stole multiple guns, a suppressor and ammunition.

His whereabouts are unknown and a warrant has been issued for violations of pre-trial bond conditions. He was released from a youth detention center on May 21 and was issued an ankle monitor. The monitor does not have GPS capabilities, it is designed to alert the center when he goes outside of a certain perimeter and it appears that Martin had left the perimeter.

He was being held at the detention facility due to a similar incident in April when he stole a handgun and was charged with burglary, theft and juvenile in possession of a handgun.

Martin is described as a white male, 6’0″, 130 lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes.

If you see Martin or know of his whereabouts, you are asked to call 9-1-1 or Metro Denver Crime Stoppers at (720) 913-STOP (7867). Martin should not be approached as he may be armed.
