The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest after being called to a stabbing Tuesday night in Security-Widefield.

Deputies found a victim in a shed converted into a tiny home near 500 Chatfield Drive. The victim had multiple stab wounds, and he was taken to a local hospital.

Investigators got information that a suspect was on his way to another home less than a mile away on Fencer Road.

Deputies identified the suspect as 36-year-old Conrad Guerrero. He was arrested near 4600 Fencer Road and then taken to the El Paso County Jail for second-degree assault.

The victim’s injuries aren’t life-threatening, the sheriff’s office said.
