Tonight: Severe thunderstorms have exited I-25 locations, as of 6:03pm there are still a few severe thunderstorms in the Eastern Plains. Damaging hail, strong wind gusts, and frequent lightning have been recorded with these storms. By 8pm the majority of the severe weather threat should come to an end. Temperatures overnight into the high 40’s with light winds.

Monday: Plentiful sunshine through most of the day. Temperatures about 10 degrees above average for early June, hitting 83 in Colorado Springs and closing in on 90 for Pueblo. Isolated showers and thunderstorms possible during the afternoon, but the coverage of these storms will be minimal compared to today.

Extended: Afternoon scattered thunderstorms last through at least mid-week, with temperatures back to average by Wednesday.
