Fountain Middle School cancels classes due to gas line break

Students at Fountain Middle School are getting to go home a little early Tuesday after a gas line was damaged during construction work.

Nobody was injured, and parents have already been given the notice to pick their children up at the Fountain-Fort Carson baseball field.

School is expected to be back to normal scheduling Wednesday, according to a district spokesperson.
