Man wanted for child sex assault in S. Dakota arrested in Costilla County
A 73-year-old man who was wanted in South Dakota for allegedly sexually assaulting a child was caught Friday in rural southern Colorado.
The Costilla County Sheriff’s Office and Colorado State Patrol arrested Donald Boswell in Mesita, which is just north of the New Mexico border.
Boswell had a felony warrant for his arrest for a charge of sexual assault on a child. We’re working on getting more details about the accusation.
Boswell will be extradited back to South Dakota to face charges, according to the Costilla County Sheriff’s Office.
