Cloudy morning, afternoon storms – 5/2/19
TODAY: Mostly cloudy skies are patchy fog are in the forecast for the morning today. Towards lunchtime, clouds clear and some sunshine returns! A few rain showers and sprinkles are possible between noon and 2PM, with scattered storms east of I-25 following that. Highs today will warm into the 50s and 60s. 40s are in the forecast for the mountains.
TONIGHT: Partly cloudy and dry with overnight lows in the 30s and 40s.
EXTENDED: The sunshine and warmer air finalyl returns for Friday! Most of the weekend is looking sunny and warm too. Temperatures top off in the 70s and 80s. The only chance for a few storms will be on Saturday.
