Stormy Friday afternoon – 4/26/19

TODAY: Skies stay dry before noon today and then between 12-2PM, rain showers and some thunderstorms will be moving in west of I-25. These cross the interstate through 3PM and push out over the eastern plains during the afternoon today. Highs will be warming to the 70s and 80s, with 60s in the mountains.

TONIGHT: Partly cloudy with a shower or storm before 9PM. Lows will be dropping to the 40s and 50s.

EXTENDED: A stray shower or storm is likely for Saturday, with a mainly dry Sunday afternoon. Highs for both of your weekend days will be getting into the 70s and 80s again. A stronger storm system moves in for Sunday night which will bring some showers to the area. More widespread rain and chillier temps are in the forecast for Monday and Tuesday.
