Colorado Springs residents’ utility bills will drop about $10 soon

What will you do with an extra $10 in your pocket per month? Colorado Springs Utilities says the typical customer is about to see their energy bill drop by 10-spot starting May 1.

The Colorado Springs City Council approved an energy rate decrease that will take effect at the beginning of the month. CSU touted that the typical residential customer will see a $10.24 decrease per month.
