Judge to release search warrants involving Patrick Frazee investigation
A Teller County judge decided that the public and media will get to see the search warrants in the Patrick Frazee criminal investigation.
The judge has said that the release should come Tuesday after the redaction of sensitive information is complete. KRDO will bring you the information as soon as it’s released.
KRDO had filed a court motion on Feb. 8 to unseal those public documents.
The judge also rescheduled Frazee’s criminal arraignment for April 5, that’s when Frazee will enter a plea and get a trial date.
