Marty’s Sunday Morning Forecast – Slick, Blustery Start – 11/25/18
Today: Slick roadways are expected early this morning over the Pikes Peak Region, and the wind will still be gusty early in the day, especially east of I-25. The rest of the day will be mostly sunny, breezy and colder with high temperatures in the 30s and 40s for most areas. Although the wind will be much less gusty than it was yesterday, some areas in eastern Colorado will still have a pretty chilly breeze into the afternoon.
Tonight: Clear and chilly with low temperatures in the teens to near 20.
Extended: We expect a warming trend to start early next week with high temperatures reaching the 50s for Colorado Springs and Pueblo by Tuesday. Wednesday looks windy and warm with increasing clouds and high temperatures in the 50s and 60s. Thursday looks colder but dry. There are some suggestions that a storm will move over the region by next weekend but right now it’s tough to know if we should expect any snow.
