Southern Colorado celebrates Small Business Saturday
Right after Black Friday comes Small Business Saturday. A day to recognize local shops, businesses and restaurants in your community.
Here’s what’s happening this Small Business Saturday in Southern Colorado:
Downtown Colorado Springs
There will be a welcome booth set-up at Acacia Park from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. – you can pick up a tote, holiday coupon book, balloons, stickers and more.
There will be free parking at all city-operated parking garages in downtown Colorado Springs every weekend from Thanksgiving to Christmas.
Old Colorado City
Small businesses will be up and running in Old Colorado City on Saturday. Many businesses have been advertising deals for Small Business Saturday on Facebook to check out the savings click here.
You can shop all day and then stay for The Christmas Stroll from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Manitou Springs
Shops in Manitou Springs will open at 7 a.m. on Saturday. Theo’s Toys is set to host a free holiday scavenger hunt for kids and LeGrande Accents Boutique is having a storewide sale in honor of Small Business Saturday.
Pueblo
Shoppers are encouraged to support small businesses in Pueblo by buying local. The Pueblo Chamber of Commerce asks shoppers to get the word out by posting on social media using #ShopSmall and #memberproud along with tagging them @greaterpueblochamberofcommerce.
