Pueblo police find 64-year-old man dead inside home

Pueblo police found a 64-year-old man dead inside a home Tuesday afternoon.

The police were called to Rawhide Road for a welfare check when they found the man. The Pueblo Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons Team was called to the scene due to suspicious circumstances in regards to the man’s death.

Neighbors told KRDO the man was an engineer at a chemical plant in Pueblo. Neighbors referred to him as “P.D.”, and said he was a kind man who would do anything for anything.

Neighbors also told us his family was currently living in Tennessee and he was out here alone. Police said he was originally from Indiana and he was not involved in crime, with no previous criminal record.
