Showers and storms for your Labor Day – 9/3/18

TODAY: We start things out mostly dry today with lots of cloud cover. Any kind of showers and storms will be further south toward Las Animas County and will be very light. They become more widespread and track to the north, especially through the late morning hours. Showers and storms continue this afternoon with highs in the 60s and 70s.

TONIGHT: Showers and storms wrap up by midnight. We are left with mostly cloudy skies and lows in the 40s and 50s.
EXTENDED: The long range forecast brings more rain through Thursday afternoon. Because it will be so rainy and cloudy, highs will only be in the 60s and 70s this week. We should dry out by Friday and will warm things up into the weekend.
