Colorado Parks & Wildlife reminds residents to ‘Bear Aware’
The Colorado Parks and Wildlife Northeast Region posted a picture to their official Twitter page of a black bear hanging around Westminster Monday.
The bear appears to be relaxing in a patch of grass near 133rd and Huron Street. The CPW captioned the photo, “They [wildlife officers] are in the process of relocating it [the bear] back into the mountains. #BearAware.”
