UPDATE: Lost Jefferson County child reunited with family
Update: Manuel’s family has been located. He was missing from the 8100 block of West Laurel Drive.
The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office thanked the public for help in bringing awareness to the lost child.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office tweeted out a photo of a young boy around 5 years old Tuesday. The boy was found walking barefoot east on West Ken Caryl near South Kendall Boulevard.
He was found by a motorist at 2:45 a.m. He calls himself Manuel Gordo, though authorities say Gordo could be a nickname.
