Colorado Springs police respond to criminal activity at local businesses
This weekend Colorado Springs police responded to two criminal incidents at local businesses.
The first incident happened on Lexington Drive late Friday night. An unknown suspect entered the business and demanded money at gunpoint. The suspect left with an undisclosed amount of money.
Early Saturday morning CSPD was called to another business regarding a burglary. Police arrived at the Ace Hardware store on Centennial Blvd. to discover forced entry into the back of the building and items missing from inside.
Police are continuing to investigate both the burglary and robbery.
