19-year-old arrested in Colorado Springs for downloading child porn
A 19-year-old man is facing a charge of sexual exploitation of a child after allegedly downloading illegal material at a home in Colorado Springs.
Giancarlos ‘Carlos’ Rodriguez-Vance was arrested Tuesday. According to police, the department’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit discovered that sexually exploitative material was downloaded at a house in the 5400 block of Heatherhill Drive.
Police searched the house and identified Rodriguez-Vance as the suspect, according to a police report.
It’s not clear how many images or videos he downloaded, and police didn’t say how long the investigation had been going on.
A mugshot wasn’t made immediately available.
