Elevated fire danger today – 3/30/18
TODAY: Skies will be mostly sunny and highs will be warming into the 50s and 60s. 40s will be felt in our mountain cities. Things will be breezy at times, but relative humidity values should be low enough to prevent any red flag warnings from being issued. Still, please exercise fire prevention today.
TONIGHT: We will be mostly clear to partly cloudy tonight and lows cool into the 20s and 30s.
EXTENDED: A cold front will be passing through as we go through the holiday weekend. It doesn’t bring us rain or snow, but you will notice more clouds than sun and cooler highs in the 50s. This means you’ll probably want a light coat for Easter Sunday services! Highs will be very warm on Monday before our next system moves in for Tuesday. This brings our mountain cities and the Palmer Divide chances for a rain snow mix. We will keep you posted!
