Death investigation near Anchors Bar and Grill in Fountain
On Tuesday, Fountain police released the name of the victim that was found dead under the South Santa Fe Avenue Bridge last night.
The victim is identified as 43-year-old Marshall James Reed.
Fountain police got a call on Monday afternoon about a dead man underneath the bridge about a block or two away from the Anchors Bar and Grill off S. Santa Fe Avenue.
The City of Fountain tweeted just before 6 p.m. about the death investigation.
There is no threat to the public and foul play is not suspected.
