Costilla County Commissioner accused of harassment, misconduct
A Costilla County Commissioner is accused of harassment and misconduct.
According to the Costilla County Sheriff Office’s Facebook page, Commissioner Augustine Roy Esquibel is being cited with harassment and first-degree official misconduct.
The Sheriff’s office says it stems from a complaint from an employee of the Costilla County Department of Social Services.
