Colorado Springs among top 30 real-estate markets

Several Colorado cities, including Colorado Springs are named in a list of the best 30 best real-estate markets in the country.

According to WalletHub, Colorado Springs ranks 28 th in an analysis of housing markets.

Other Colorado towns rank high on the list including:

#8 – Thornton

#10 – Arvada

#11 – Denver

#21 – Fort Collins

#22 – Aurora

#25 – Westminster

#29 – Centennial

The website looked at 16 different factors to help home buyers find the most attractive real-estate markets. Those factors were compared across two dimensions “Real-Estate Market” and “Affordability & Economic Environment.”
