City Council seeks public opinion for city’s future project
Colorado Springs City Council will create a comprehensive plan for the future of the city, and is holding a meeting to discuss the plans with Colorado Springs citizens.
City council members say the “PlanCOS” campaign will be a 2-year process of collecting citizen input on what they want the city to be in the next 10 years.
The city will be soliciting opinions at a meeting for PlanCOS at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the City Administration Building on S. Nevada Avenue.
Mayor John Suthers, City Council President Merv Bennett and Planning and Community Development Director Peter Wysocki will be attending.
