Man dies in rollover crash on Highway 24
UPDATE:
Colorado State troopers have identified a man who was killed in a rollover crash on Highway 24 about two miles west of Manitou Springs.
Investigators say Michael J. Horath, 38, failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, collided with a miler marker post and rolled down a dirt embankment.
Horath was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the El Paso County Coroner.
The crash is under investigation, but state troopers say that alcohol was a factor in the crash.
