Stabbing Investigation in Security-Widefield Area
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a stabbing in the Security-Widefield area.
Officers responded to the scene on Ely Street Saturday afternoon. A man was taken to the hospital after being stabbed multiple times. KRDO NewsChannel 13 is told the man is expected to recover.
The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office later tracked down 27-year-old Ryan Perez. It’s believed Perez stabbed his ex-girlfriend’s current boyfriend, according to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office. Perez was also injured in the altercation.
