Power out southeast of downtown Colorado Springs
Sporadic power outages were occurring because of strong winds in Colorado Springs Wednesday.
Heavy snow on the north side of the city is contributing to the problem.
One of the largest outages affected 2,361 customers just southeast of Memorial Park.
Drivers are reminded to treat intersections with dark traffic signals as four way stops.
Colorado Springs Utilities crews are working to fix the outages as soon as they pop up.
