Jackknifed semi partially blocks northbound I-25 in Colorado Springs

The Colorado Springs Traffic Management Center said a jackknifed semi blocked the center and right lanes of northbound I-25 at N. Academy Wednesday morning.

The crash has been cleaned up. Traffic flow is slowly returning to normal.
