UPDATE: Power is restored to all residents.

Colorado Springs utilities say 2,200 people are without power as of 4:45 Sunday morning. The outage is affecting north/central Colorado Springs.

Springs Police say the area affected stretches from Flintridge drive to Academy boulevard and as far north as Dublin and Union boulevards.

As of now, utilities do not have a cause for the outage. The power should be restored by 9 a.m. Sunday.

Police as that every treat all intersections as 4 way stops.
