Springs police investigate shooting

Colorado Springs police are investigating a shooting. It happened late Tuesday night in the 3500 block of Darkwood Place.

Police say a person was shot outside their home. The victim was taken to the hospital, and is expected to be OK.

Investigators are searching for the shooter. Witnesses say the person may have fled the scene in a silver SUV.
