EPSO announces arrest of suspect in multi-state crime spree

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office says a man who has been linked to crimes in Colorado and Washington State is in custody.

Sean Burrows was arrested in the Seattle area on Friday.

The sheriff’s office says Burrows had 13 felony arrest warrants out of Colorado for crimes including theft, burglary and aggravated motor vehicle theft. It says that during his arrest, evidence was recovered that links him to additional crimes in Colorado and Washington.

Burrows is being held without bail in Washington until he can be extradited to Colorado.
