FedEx driver ejected, run over by own truck in Pueblo crash
A FedEx driver is in critical condition after a crash on N. Elizabeth Street in Pueblo Wednesday.
The crash happened at 11:07 a.m. in the 3200 block of N. Elizabeth, near the Pueblo Country Club.
Police say the truck collided with a blue Ford F-150 pickup truck driven by a 42-year-old woman. They say they believe the driver of the pickup was speeding.
The 40-year-old man who was driving the FedEx truck was thrown from his vehicle and then run over by it. Police say he was taken to Parkview Hospital with life threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup was also taken to Parkview. She suffered minor injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
