Missing, at-risk teen found safe

Colorado Springs police say a missing, at-risk teen has been found safe.

Police say Anthony Wheeler, 14, was located inside of an area store in the 3200 block of East Platte Avenue Monday morning.

CSPD announced Wheeler was missing Sunday night.
