Driver hits parked car, flips over in Colorado Springs
Police are investigating a crash after a driver swerved, hit a parked car and then flipped his car on its side.
The accident happened Friday night at 23rd and Colorado Avenue near Old Colorado City.
Police don’t know if alcohol or drugs were factors in the crash.
