Trinidad State Junior College coach to be honored

Trinidad State Jr. College’s Coach Jim Toupal to be inducted into the Colorado Sports Hall of Fame.

Coach Toupal will be inducted in April 2016 honoring his 35-year coaching career.

Toupal coached football, baseball, golf, and women’s volleyball at TSJC.

Toupal’s men’s hoops teams set a record with 132-straight home wins from 1980 to 1990.
